Description
Single-component polyurethane adhesive for rubber crumb, moisture-curing. Used as a binder in the creation of seamless coverings from colored and uncolored rubber or rubber crumbs.

The covering is applied on playgrounds, sports areas, game areas, stadiums, courts, and running tracks. It is laid on concrete, cement screed, asphalt concrete, wooden decking, OSB.
Polyurethane adhesive for rubber crumb is made based on aromatic isocyanates, which are not resistant to ultraviolet radiation, so over time, the coating may change its shade, while maintaining its physical and mechanical properties.

Требования к подготовке продукта
Перед началом работ разогрейте клей до температуры от +15 °С до +30 °С.
Материалы смешивайте миксером для резиновой крошки.
Требования к условиям применения
Температура воздуха в рабочей зоне от +15 °С до +30 °С.
Влажность — не более 65 %.
Если влажность выше 65 %, жизнеспособность клея сократится до 2 раз.
Application Method
Load rubber crumb into the mixer: rotary or screw type. If necessary, add pigment for coloring. To break up clumps and distribute pigment, mix for 10 minutes.
Add the adhesive in the recommended ratio, mix for 5 minutes.
Evenly distribute the prepared mixture of adhesive and crumb on the surface manually: spread the mixture with trowels or rulers, roll it with rollers or rolls, or use a laying machine. Manually, with the help of rollers or trowels, spread the mixture and connect the seams.
After 24 hours, the coating is ready for pedestrian loads, and after 3–5 days, it can withstand impact and vibrational loads. Do not apply on concrete bases without hydro and vapor insulation and in other cases where the risk of capillary moisture rise in the base is preserved. Do not apply on freshly laid bituminous surfaces, on freshly laid asphalt without prior degreasing of the base. Apply the rubber crumb coating while the primer is sticky. When working outdoors, avoid exposure to atmospheric moisture on the surface for the first 24 hours of coating curing. The time to gain strength, after which pedestrian loads are allowed on the coating, increases to 36–48 hours at ambient temperatures below 15 °C and/or humidity below 40%.
Packaging and Storage
Transportation and storage of system components must comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Transportation of system components is carried out only in closed transport. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Components are hygroscopic!
Protect from contact with moisture and natural humidity in the air!
It is FORBIDDEN to store opened packaging with remaining contents for subsequent use!
Shelf life: 6 months (provided it is stored in a dry, heated room in a tightly closed original package) from the date of manufacture.
