RIBERG FR Filling System

Description

RIBERG FR A (Component A) is a mixture of polyether polyols containing a catalyst and functional additives.
RIBERG FR B (Component B) is used in combination with Component A as part of a 2-component system to obtain polyurethane foam.

All work with the system must be carried out by specially trained and qualified personnel using serviceable specialized equipment.
For professional use only
Designed for the production of rigid polyurethane foam by pouring with high-pressure machines

Ambient temperature, °С: 15-35

Packaging and Storage

Transportation and storage of system components should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Transportation of system components is only allowed in closed vehicles. Transporting and storing system components should be done at temperatures not lower than +15 °C (for component “1”), not lower than +20 °C (for component “2”), and not exceeding +30 °C. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. The system components are highly hygroscopic! Guard against contact with moisture and natural air humidity! It is PROHIBITED to store opened packaging with remnants of system components for subsequent use! The shelf life of system components is 6 months for component “B” and 6 months for component “A” (provided they are stored in a dry, heated room in the original sealed packaging) from the date of manufacture. After the specified shelf life, system components must be checked for compliance with technical specifications, and if their suitability is confirmed, they can be used as intended.
